MISUMI Group 59th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

The 59th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of MISUMI Group Inc. opened with remarks by the Representative Director and Chairman, Kosuke Nishimoto, followed by an audit report from the Board of Statutory Auditors by Corporate Auditor, Hiroshi Miyamoto, and then Representative Director and President, Ryusei Ono presented the 59th Annual Business Report.

Proposals for resolution by the shareholders were then explained. Subsequent to questions and deliberations, votes were taken.

From the perspective of preventing the infection of COVID-19, the informal dialog between the shareholders and MISUMI’s senior management as well as the booth for product display were cancelled this year as well.
